elementalSPORTS stands at the side of athletes, supports and advises them in all marketing, PR and sponsorship aspects. Our job as a sports management agency is to get behind the athlete and to keep athlete’s back clear.

The world of sport is continuing changing and is becoming increasingly commercialized. Economic considerations are playing an ever more important role and talent and ambition often are not more enough to present long-term success. Most athletes have to find answers for themselves to questions about financing the training or how to present themselves in the public. However, the athlete should be focused on his sport and should not spend time on such time-consuming organizational tasks.

At this point elementalSPORTS starts! With our own experience as former professional athletes, we have first-hand knowledge of tasks and problems of our athletes. But we also have the necessary economic know-how. This combination enables us to optimally support the athlete.

Our services include:

• Development and implementation of PR and image campaigns
• Development of promotional materials, such as webpages, ads, autographs cards, etc.
• Communication with the media, such as organization of press events, press releases, etc.
• Active search and acquisition of sponsors, and preparation of contract negotiations
